This week at Peake, we celebrate an incredible milestone – 17 years of partnership between our Directors, Marisa Adams and Kristen Turner.

If you had asked either of them years ago whether they imagined they would be here today, leading one of the region’s most respected real estate businesses, the answer would likely have been no. Yet through trust, resilience, shared values and an unwavering commitment to people, they have built something truly special together.

Their partnership is one that complements each other seamlessly. Different strengths, shared vision – a balance that has shaped not only the direction of Peake, but the culture within it. Together, they have created an environment where people feel supported, inspired and genuinely proud to be part of the team.

Over the years, Marisa and Kristen have guided Peake through growth, change and evolution, always remaining grounded in the values that matter most – integrity, care for people, community connection and lasting relationships.

Beyond the business itself, their impact across the local community has been significant. Through generosity, support of local initiatives, sporting clubs, charities and families throughout the south-east, they have continually given back to the community that has supported Peake for more than two decades.

Perhaps most importantly, they continue to carry forward the legacy of Chris Peake, who founded the company in September 2003. Following Chris’ passing, Marisa and Kristen took on the responsibility of leading the business with immense care and respect for everything Peake stood for. Today, that legacy continues to thrive – not only in the brand itself, but in the people, culture and reputation they have nurtured over the years.

Seventeen years on, what they are most proud of is not just the achievements of the business, but the people behind it. The team they have built, the relationships they have formed and the culture they continue to lead with authenticity and heart.
