Chris Peake opened her doors as an independent real estate agent in September 2003. In November 2004 she moved into her prestigious office on the corner of Langmore Lane & Gloucester Avenue, Berwick. Chris came from a Fashion Industry background where customer service and attention to detail were essential. Chris’s number one goal was “client satisfaction with empathy”.

Fast forward to today, our company led by Marisa Adams, Kristen Turner, and Sarah James has grown to an impressive team of experts who follow the same beliefs and ethics. Hard work and tenacity are the philosophy our entire team at Peake works towards. Our Business is built on referrals, repeat clients and word of mouth.

We understand the importance of giving back and we are so proud that our team supports this as well.  After Chris’ passing we joined the cancer councils relay for life event, we don’t just donate as major sponsors but every year we attend the 24-hour event with our team, we camp over, we fundraise, we cry with our community for those we’ve lost, and we celebrate with survivors. We have been apart of this event since 2012.

We are proud to say that we have won the community achievement award for 3 years and we will continue to give back to our local community. We support our local schools, the St John of God Langmore Centre and the Ronald McDonald House Charity just to name a few. We are so humble that we live in a community who give so generously to worthwhile causes.
