Monique Barkby

Monique launched her Real Estate career in 2011, starting as a rental receptionist and quickly progressing to assistant property manager. Within her first year, she was managing her own portfolio, making her well-versed in all aspects of rentals!

Throughout her career, Monique has also held the positions of Rental Department Manager and Business Development Manager, gaining a well-rounded understanding of the industry and the demands that come with it.

Monique thrives in Property Management because of its dynamic nature – no two days are the same. She enjoys working with people from all walks of life, which keeps the role fresh and engaging.

Monique is incredibly passionate about her work and believes that effective communication, combined with a positive attitude, are key to managing a smooth portfolio and building strong, lasting relationships.
