Monique Barkby

Monique began her career in Real Estate in 2011. From rental receptionist, property manager, management assistant right through to managing her own portfolio – Monique is certainly across everything rentals!

Throughout her time in the industry, Monique has also undertaken the role of Rental Department Manager and Business Development Manager, giving her an incredibly well-rounded knowledge of the industry. She loves property management as it is dynamic, no day is the same, but she also gets to work with people from all walks of life, always keeping the job interesting.

Monique is incredibly passionate, she feels very strongly about the importance of effective communication and a great attitude, both such important factors in running a smooth portfolio and building strong relationships. Monique’s philosophy: “do what you say you will do and if it can’t be done – communicate it”.
